The position reports to the Associate Athletics Director – Business Operations. Primary responsibilities include oversight of all aspects and daily operations of the ordering, receiving, distribution and accounting for equipment and apparel purchases with the corporate sponsorship/Adidas contract for the Athletic Department. This position will also assist with the Athletic Department financial operations including but not limited to expense reimbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing card processing.

Director of IT Infrastructure Services
This position reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and reliable operation of the University’s network, server and infrastructure services. Program Specialist, Business & Government Outreach
This position reports to the Business and Government Outreach Manager withing the Division of Continuing Education & Workforce Training. Responsibilities include the development and delivery of business training, the creation of new programs based on regional data and the needs of the workforce, and staffing such activities with potential instructors. The primary focus of this position will be to expand the custom training offered within the division through business partnerships and the evaluation of the ever-changing needs of the workforce.

Copilot is Microsoft’s generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform and can be used to generate written and visual content based on user prompts.
Unlike other commercial AI products, Copilot provides additional data protection and enhanced privacy when accessing it while being signed in with your UWGB account. Even so, you should not enter sensitive or confidential information into Microsoft Copilot.
