This position reports to the Police Sergeant and is a sworn peace officer position. A police officer will provide a full range of law enforcement and security services. Police Officers will enforce laws, investigate calls, complaints and suspicious matters and incidents which may have an impact of the University, maintain order, assist people, identify criminal activity, apprehend offenders, identify the source of problems in the community and work with the community to resolve issues. Assignments Coordinator

This position reports to the Associate Director of Residence Life and assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Office of Residence Life. The Office of Residence Life provides housing for nearly 2,000 students during the academic year and 2,500 guests during the summer months; and employs approximately 13 full-time staff and 125 student employees. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: a) overseeing housing room and contract administration b) coordination of student billing using the Residential Management System (RMS), and c) providing administrative support.

Deadline Extended: HVAC Specialist

This position reports to the Building and Grounds Superintendent and is responsible for the performance of HVAC preventative maintenance and repair work. This includes inspecting, maintaining, repairing, performing preventative maintenance and assisting with minor installations of HVAC projects. Financial Specialist Senior

This position reports to the Assistant Controller and is responsible for the monthly reconciliation of all campus controlled bank accounts.  This position will prepare monthly adjusting entries and will assist with review, approval and posting of all journal adjustments prepared by campus departmental users.  This position is responsible for financial support functions including paycycle processing, outstanding payment review, QuickBooks support and other areas as directed.

Area Coordinator (Potential Vacancy)

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is currently accepting applications to fill Area Coordinator vacancies that may occur before the beginning of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.  The Area Coordinator (AC) reports to the Assistant Director and assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Office of Residence Life. The AC is responsible for overseeing a community of approximately 400 residents; and with the help of Resident Assistants (RAs), strives to develop and maintain a safe, enjoyable, supportive, and inclusive living environment for residents where they can achieve academic success, personal growth, and development. The AC is a member of the Residence Life team and holds administrative responsibilities, participates in committees and meetings, and serves students in a multitude of ways. The AC assumes additional responsibilities assigned by the Director and makes recommendations.
