This position reports to the Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, & Social Sciences is responsible for assisting with all efforts related to data development, internal and external metric creation and analysis, and curricular planning and initiatives. This position will focus on the gathering and curation of CAHSS-specific data, working with the College-level budget, and aiding with curricular initiatives and development. This position is also responsible for the CAHSS timetable and helping to facilitate the transition into new course-scheduling software. This position reports to the Custodial Services Program Supervisor and is responsible for the overall work performance of Kress Event Center (KEC) custodial staff and specific custodial care needs in the KEC. Residential Education Coordinator

The Residential Education Coordinator reports to the Associate Director; and assumes additional responsibilities assigned by and makes recommendations to the Director. The Residential Education Coordinator (REC) position assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of Housing and Residential Education.  Housing and Residential Education provides housing for 2,000 students during the academic year and 2,500 guests during the summer.  The REC is responsible for overseeing a community of approximately 400 residents; and with the help of Resident Assistants (RAs), strives to develop and maintain a safe, enjoyable, supportive and inclusive living environment for residents where they can achieve academic success and personal growth and development.  The REC is a member of the Residence Life team and holds administrative responsibilities, participates in committees and meetings, and serves students in a multitude of ways.

Grants & Research Program Specialist

Under the direction of the Director of Grants and Research, the Grants and Research Program Specialist works from the Office of Grants & Research (OGR) and will assist with all office activities and functions. The Program Specialist reviews, approves, and negotiates grants, contracts, and agreements on behalf of the institution and is responsible for reviewing work submitted from campus partners prior to submission to sponsor for consideration. The position ensures proposal and award compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and terms and conditions, including 2 CFR § 200, Uniform Guidance.

The Program Specialist will help guide development of institutional, multidisciplinary and collaborative proposals and will work with members of the campus community to identify funding opportunities. They will help secure awards from public and private extramural sources to advance faculty scholarship, student success, and institutional initiatives. The Program Specialist will help develop and deliver professional development programming that advances campus engagement with the Office of Grants and Research.  The Program Specialist will form close relationships with faculty, staff, and administrators using an inclusive, customer service-oriented approach to support the work of diverse individuals and groups.

Compliance Specialist II

This position reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Policy and Compliance and is responsible for full coordination of the UW-Green Bay Records Management Program, Volunteer and Youth Program, and ASSA/Affiliation Agreement Programs. HVAC Mechanic

This position reports to the Heat/Chill Supervisor and assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Office of Residence Life at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.  This position is responsible for working collaboratively with others in providing services for a residential community, housing 2,200 students and 2,500 summer guests residing in 29 University housing facilities.

Primary responsibilities of this position include Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, (HVAC)/Refrigeration equipment troubleshooting, adjusting, modifying, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, performing preventative maintenance and assisting with major installations of HVAC/R projects.  This position will also assist with the repairs of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.  Occasional weekend and evening work is required (e.g. responding to facilities related emergencies.
