This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed. The position will also be responsible for the maintenance and repair of general plumbing fixtures and components. Performs preventative maintenance door and lock repairs and other seasonal activities as directed.
