This position reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Policy and Compliance and is responsible for full coordination of the UW-Green Bay Records Management Program, Volunteer and Youth Program, and ASSA/Affiliation Agreement Programs. This position will also provide support for the Risk and Liability programs by facilitating Enterprise Risk Management, supporting the review of incident reports which may result in liability, and coordinating the purchasing and education on the State Self-Funded Plan and other purchased insurance.
This position will compile and classify report; issue notifications; assist with creation and maintenance of manuals, policies, procedures and public information; and manages unit administrative documents in support of assigned compliance programs to ensure compliance with institutional rules and or laws/regulations.
