The Annual Benefits Enrollment (ABE) period is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and enroll or make changes. Changes made during ABE are effective January 1, 2023.

Act NOW before the ABE period ends on October 21, 2022.

    • You may be eligible to enroll in, change, or cancel coverage for the plans listed below. For some plans you can add or remove dependents. Visit the ABE web page for additional information.

      • Individual & Family Life Insurance (current enrollees only)
      • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

    • You must re-enroll in these plans each year to participate:

    • The ABE Self-Enrollment Guide provides instructions for how to enroll through the MyUW portal.
    • All enrollments and changes must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Friday, October 21, 2022.

After you enroll, you will receive an e-mail within 24-48 hours with instructions on viewing your Confirmation Statement for elections effective January 1, 2023. Review your Confirmation Statement to ensure your elections are accurate.

Assistant Professor – Nursing & Health Studies

Campus Facilities Planner – Revised Qualifications

The Campus Facilities Planner reports directly to the Director of Facilities Planning and Management, and participates in capital planning, budget preparation, space planning and design, and project management. This professional position functions under limited supervision and is responsible for researching and developing complex documents that pertain to the needs of higher education. Responsibilities will include site and transportation planning, architectural and mechanical systems, space planning, construction budgeting, and compliance with International Building Code and other regulatory requirements. The position will prepare documents that support the university’s capital planning process in a way that is consistent with UW System policies and procedures. Additionally, this position will effectively utilize computer-aided design software and database software to create and organize documents in an effective manner.

Applications Administrator II

This position reports to the Admissions Operations Assistant Director and will lead our efforts in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Manager software (CRM, Salesforce).  As a creative and critical thinker, the CRM Administrator (Application Administrator II) will help ensure that we maximize our recruitment and enrollment efforts. The successful candidate should have a passion for technology, innovation, and a service-oriented mindset.

As a team member in the Office of Admissions, this position primarily focuses on the management of the undergraduate admissions CRM (Salesforce) including but not limited to daily needs such as record consolidation, deployment of deliver/mailings campaigns, import of various datasets, mapping, email and text message deployment (in the CRM), and queries as well as the development and maintenance for our application logic, communication plan, reports, fields, prompts, forms, rules, populations, etc.

The incumbent would be integral to CRM maintenance, customization, development, cycle preparation, training, and communication planning to support the enrollment goals and objectives of the university. This individual will serve as first-level support for Admissions CRM-related concerns.

This position is responsible for maximizing the available technology for the purpose of recruiting students to UW-Green Bay.  A special emphasis is placed on developing and implementing robust applications for the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software, along with developing reports to support analysis of KPI and ROI.

Kognito Simulation Training Wellness Challenge

Students today face increasing pressures that can lead to emotional distress, depression, anxiety, substance abuse and even thoughts of suicide. As faculty and staff, we can take small steps that make a big difference. UW-Green Bay has adopted the Kognito online avatar-based conversation simulation platform “At-Risk Mental Health” for Faculty & Staff, to help us learn to notice signs of distress, use techniques to discuss our concerns, and refer students to appropriate resources. The simulation training lets you practice these challenging conversations at your own pace through role-play with virtual students.

In order to participate in the simulation go to https://uwgb.kognito.com and select “Employee” for the User. This 45-minute training can be completed in multiple sittings as your progress can be saved.

The Wellness Committee will be awarding 20 employees who complete the training by December 31st. If you have already completed the training, your participation will be included. A drawing will take place on Thursday, January 12th and winners will be contacted via email by Friday, January 13th.

User Support Specialist III (50% Appointment, Marinette Campus)

This position reports to the IT Director of Technology Support Services and is responsible for providing operational and technological support for classroom technology, videoconferencing, distance education and client service requests on the Marinette campus, both independently and in cooperation with Technology Support Services Team at the Green Bay location. The  position is also responsible for coordinating, documenting and managing the customer service aspect of order taking. A high level of detail and self-motivation is expected.
