Outreach Coordinator, CPE

This position is within the in the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Training and reports to the Continuing Professional Education Program Manager. Provides general administrative support, manages and facilitates outreach training and development programs, including communication with instructors. Strengthens partnerships, ensures adherence to policy, and assists with program administration to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and local community. Strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. Assists with tracking and managing the outreach program budget.

Supports program manager and other team members organizing and coordinating events, programs, conferences, and trainings as directed.

Educational programming focused on the areas of healthcare and human services, social services, nonprofits, community services and other areas.

Significant importance on strong customer service and responsiveness. Supports functions of the Wisconsin Caregiver Academy, Continuing Professional Education, and the Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI), and collaborates with Program Specialists to support outreach efforts and follow-up communication.

This position reports to Director of Enterprise Applications. The CRM Application Administrator is responsible for configuring, integrating, administering, and providing advanced and varied consultation, project management, and operational support of highly complex applications or services with a large number of users. This position will report to the Information Technology Division but will work collaboratively with multiple areas that utilize CRM technology, including Continuing Education, Enrollment Services, Graduation Studies and the Weidner Center. This position will act as the liaison between the Information Technology Business Analyst and the functional users for each department.  Specific job duties will include leading end-user meetings, ensuring collaboration between departments, providing training and functional end-user support.

Executive Director of University Wellness & Student Counseling Services

This position reports to the Assistant Chancellor for Student Affairs and oversees and manages personnel, operations, policy, logistics, and strategic planning. Serves as the primary liaison from Counseling Services to the college and surrounding community. Oversees counseling and education services to students and consultation to students, faculty, and staff. Ensures staff and programs work collaboratively and effectively with other areas of the college.

This position will also support students via case management and the provision of health and wellness education. The Director will provide support to Prevea Health staff and oversight for all wellness-related needs on behalf of campus and the Universities of Wisconsin. This position will work to create a safe and equitable environment for all UW-Green Bay students, where all can feel a sense of place and pride.

Assistant Director of Housing for Camps, Conference, & Oneida Youth Programming

This position reports to the Executive Director of Housing & Residential Education and provides guidance and support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation as it pertains to summer camps & youth programing. In addition, this position monitors budget and appropriate funding for programming, develops contracts with partners, promotes stable and productive relationships between the university and community, and strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. This position hires, trains and supervises both full-time and temporary staff, including university students. Assistant Chancellor for Finance/CFO

Areas of oversight include Budget, Controller’s Office (Accounting, Procurement, and Student Billing), and the University Union. The Assistant Chancellor serves as the major fiscal steward of the University and ensures fiscal integrity of all University assets. Financial modeling and forecasting will be critical elements of the role, related to assessments of internal and external factors that impact revenues and expenses.

The Assistant Chancellor will collaborate with the Chancellor and other leadership to direct and oversee financial activities and controls of the University. The Accounting and Finance Department in the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay seeks applicants for an Assistant Teaching Professor in Economics. The Cofrin School of Business values university-level teaching experience, the ability to teach a variety of classes related to the candidate’s academic field and preparation, engagement in institutional, community, and professional service, and experience working in the world of business.

Supervisory Essentials Certificate – Summer 2024

The Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement is pleased to offer the Supervisory Essentials Certificate to any UW-Green Bay supervisor who is seeking professional development. The next cohort for this program begins on June 13th 2024!

A certificate program designed for new leaders and frontline team supervisors, seeking to influence, inspire and help others be their best selves. Help your team pull together in meaningful ways to propel projects forward. Gain the skills and confidence needed to empower others and yourself and contribute to an organization’s growth and mission. Supervisors can complete this program with only $299 in expenses for materials and other items charged to their departmental funds. Supervisors are encouraged to discuss the cost with Division Heads/Area Leaders if funding is a barrier to participation. There is no limit to the amount of supervisors who are able to enroll.

To earn the UW-Green Bay Supervisory Leadership Certificate participants must complete eight courses:

June 14 – Core Course: Understanding Your Strengths to Lead Others (9:30 am – 12:30 pm)

June 20 – Topic Course: Developing an Adaptive Leadership Mindset (9:30 am – 12:30 pm)

June 27 – Topic Course: Helping Your Team Achieve Organizational Management (9:30 am – 12:30 pm)

July 11 – Topic Course: The Roadmap to High Performing Teams (9:30 am – 12:30pm)

July 25 – Topic Course: Conflict Resolution Rather than Toxic Drama (9:30 – 12:30)

August 1 – Capstone Course:  Developing an Action Plan (9:30 am – 12:30 pm)
