This position reports to the Vice Chancellor of University Inclusivity & Student Affairs and manages all aspects of the clubhouse operations including the pro shop, daily plan, leagues, outings, membership development, customer relations, and potentially dining services.  This position also coordinates the golf course maintenance program and oversees and participates in maintenance activities. Ticket Sales & Operations Manager

This position reports to the Associate Athletics Director for External Operations and in accordance with all NCAA, conference, state and institutional rules and regulations, this position will manage all aspects of ticket sales and services for Green Bay Athletics events. The position also supervises all game and event management functions in addition to the ticket related functions for all ticket athletics events. This individual works closely with the marketing staff to provide quality experiences for fans who attend Green Bay Athletics events.

Custodian (2nd Shift)

This position reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances. This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed. This position will also work to enhance UW-Green Bay’s inclusivity efforts and create an environment that acknowledges, encourages, and celebrates those with diverse identities, beliefs, and cultural backgrounds.

Graduate Programs Manager

The Graduate Programs Manager reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) for Graduate Studies and serves as the primary contact for committed and currently enrolled graduate students. Overall, this position manages the administrative activities of the graduate degree programs and certificates, ensuring that student academic support needs are met by managing student activities, enhancing smooth communication, and ensuring positive engagement transitions for graduate students from matriculation to degree completion. This position counsels prospective and admitted students about degree/academic requirements, is responsible for maximizing available technology for student support, and works closely with the Graduate Admissions Recruiter (GAR) to develop reports supporting goals analyses for the AVC. This position is an operational liaison between the Office of Graduate Studies and internal university constituents, supervises the graduate student status examiner and student workers, and works closely with the AVC to ensure effective operation of our overall graduate programming. This individual will be engaged in our graduate student orientation and communication efforts, evaluate degree completion metrics, support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and provide management for office and graduate student budget and funding. In addition, this position will help develop and implement operational policies and assist the AVC as assigned.

Lecturer – Environmental Science/Geoscience (Manitowoc Campus)

The Department of Natural and Applied Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay invites applications for a lecturer position to teach courses in Geoscience, Environmental Science, and/or Water Sciences, primarily at the Manitowoc campus. University Sustainability Coordinator (3 Year Appointment)

This position reports to the Cabinet Liaison for Internal Affairs and has a dotted line to the Director of the Office of Sustainability and will provide leadership to the university in its sustainability practices in recognition of the long-standing environmental focus and history of UW-Green Bay with its reputation as the original “Eco-U.” At UW-Green Bay, sustainability is a core strategic priority. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating, and in some cases managing campus-wide sustainability initiatives with emphasis on the continuing integration of sustainability in the campus culture and all aspects of campus activities at all four campus locations. This person will be very active in engaging with the campus community as an advocate for improved sustainability performance and lowered environmental impact through strategic planning, project implementation, research, reporting, communication and public presentations. This position will work closely with the Sustainability Committee.
