The University Services Program Associate reports to the Executive Director of Continuing Education & Extension and is responsible for providing a high level of customer service for the Division, the University, outside customers, and partnering organizations.  This position will act as a liaison with internal and external clients, and will interact with a diverse audience of individuals and organizations by communicating procedural information, interpreting and implementing System regulations and policies, and resolving complex problems as they occur.  Program support includes registration, billing, payment, updating website and coordinating program logistics.

Director of Analytics, Records, and Research

The Director of Analytics, Records, and Research reports to the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement and President of the UW-Green Bay Foundation. The Director is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and quality control of donor and alumni records, financial and fund accounting records, retrieval and reporting of data, strategic data analysis and research, and the processing of charitable gifts and pledges received by the UWGB Foundation in support of the University.

Director of the Phoenix Fund

The Director of the Phoenix Fund reports to the Assistant Athletic Director for Development and assists in the development of annual giving goals and strategies for the Athletics Department.  The Director of the Phoenix Fund will cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; coordinate and execute events designed to enhance giving and generate revenue; and assist in the annual ticket sales for men’s and women’s basketball.

Transfer Services Coordinator

The Transfer Services Coordinator reports to the Registrar and provides oversight of the transfer evaluation process.  Primary responsibility is to coordinate the transfer process, evaluate domestic and abroad course transferability in accordance with federal and state policies, solicit course equivalency rulings, and ensure articulation agreements, memorandums of understanding, and transfer guides are in alignment with identified policies and practices.  The successful candidate will also supervise student employees involved in the evaluation process, oversee communication plans and related issues for transfer students, provide assessment of transfer credits, and advise students on credit evaluations and transfer issues.

Continuing Professional Education And State Registry Project Specialist

The Continuing Professional Education and State Registry Project Specialist will report to the Continuing Professional Education and State Registry Program Manager, and will be primarily responsible for working collaboratively to manage the Wisconsin Caregiver Academy Program and Wisconsin CBRF Registry Project.  This individual will assist in developing new innovative programs and regulated trainings throughout the state of Wisconsin and beyond.  Audiences will include social workers, human service professionals, assisted living facilities, business professionals, nursing home administrators, among others.

Dean Assistant – College of Science and Technology

The Professional Program in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay seeks applicants for a tenure-track position.

Executive Assistant – University Advancement

The Executive Assistant position reports to the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement and President of the UW-Green Bay Foundation. This position provides daily assistance to the Vice Chancellor and carries out assignments and projects.  As requested, the Executive Assistant helps other University Advancement staff members on various projects, events, etc.

In addition, the Executive Assistant provides support and assistance for the Director of the Office of Marketing and University Communications, and back-up coverage and support for the Office of the Chancellor.

Police Officer

The Police Officer is a sworn peace officer assigned to the Office of Public Safety.    Responsibilities will include enforcement of laws, investigation of complaints, suspicious matters, and incidents that may have an impact on the University. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining order, assisting people, identifying criminal activity, apprehending offenders, identifying the source of problems in the University community and collaborating with others to resolve issues. These positions will also be expected to engage in problem solving, initiate crime prevention measures, enforce criminal and traffic laws, ensure safety and security of people and property, investigate crimes, implement emergency procedures and administer basic first aid when necessary. Additionally, police officers are expected to write clear, concise, and detailed reports. Police officers operate under the general direction of a ranking officer, supervisor, training officer, as well as officers collaterally assigned as an Officer in Charge for a specific agency purpose. The police officers will support the department’s mission by providing essential functions while respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals.

Enrollment Services Front Desk Advisor

This position reports to the Front Desk Manager of the Green Bay One Stop Shop (GBOSS) in the Student Services Department and will work with clients by handling inquiries, educating clients about university policies, procedures, and resources, advising clients about alternative courses of action, and working collaboratively with other university offices and external agencies on behalf of clients to expedite problem resolution.  Advisors make recommendations to the Enrollment Services Manager, the Enrollment Services Directors, and Dean on procedural and/or business practice improvements and help track customer service metrics to continuously improve student services and satisfaction.
