Conduct and Accommodations Coordinator

The Conduct and Accommodations Coordinator has shared responsibilities within the Dean of Students Office and the Office of Disability Services, reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Students, with a dotted line report to the Director of Disability Services. The Coordinator will handle student misconduct and complaints, investigate Title IX cases, and support students with disabilities in a myriad of ways, such as communicating with faculty on students’ behalf and also helping ensure needed accommodations. This position requires a high level of discretionary judgement to navigate a number of federal or state laws and policies. The position will be housed on the Green Bay campus but serve students at all UW-Green Bay locations.

CRM Recruitment Specialist

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions for Operations and is responsible for Maximizing the available technology for the purpose of recruiting students to UW-Green Bay. Assistant Professor – Biology and Herbarium Curator

The Department of Natural and Applied Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay invites applicants for a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor of Biology and Curator of the Gary A. Fewless Herbarium. This is a 10-month appointment (1 month in the summer), with half-time teaching responsibilities and half-time supervision of the Fewless Herbarium, including mentoring of graduate students in UW-Green Bay’s Environmental Science and Policy Graduate Program. We encourage candidates who have strong professional or academic experience in botany, plant systematics, plant bioinformatics, or plant ecology, plus experience working with natural history collections, to apply. Experience and/or interest in plant systematics, familiarity with the biota of northeastern Wisconsin, and experience in curation of herbarium collections are highly desirable qualifications.

Foundation Accountant

This position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance and is responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting and financial records for private funds; preparing ledger adjustments and reconciliations for campus receipts and disbursements, including monthly and annual adjusting and closing entries; and developing a variety of financial statements.  This position also distributes earnings and fees among restricted Foundation accounts according to policies and procedure set by the Foundation Board.

This position works in collaboration with University Accounting and University Advancement staff to help ensure accurate, reliable and timely processing of private dollar transactions.  The Foundation Accountant interfaces with the Foundation’s Finance Committee (Board members), outside accounting firm, and financial institutions.

Technician

This position reports to the Technology Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for providing support, including leading, projects pertaining to network/fiber cabling, security cameras, network switches, wireless access points, voice over IP (VoIP) phones, battery backups (UPS) and other related network and telecommunication equipment.  This position also provides assistance with installing classroom control system, A/V systems, media equipment, and distance education classrooms.

University Services Program Associate for Residence Life Operations

The University Services Program Associate for Residence Life Operations assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Office of Residence Life. The Office of Residence Life provides housing for 2,000 students during the academic year and 2,000 guests during the summer months; and employs approximately 18 full-time staff and 100 student employees. This position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Advancement and identifies, qualifies, cultivates and solicits individuals and organizations for philanthropic support of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB). International Student & Scholar Services Coordinator

This position reports to the Director of International Education and will assume the primary role in delivering comprehensive support to international students and scholars attending the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus locations, which includes principally Green Bay and Marinette and also Manitowoc and Sheboygan. This position will work with international students, visiting scholars, academic departments, faculty, staff, Campus Executive Officers, international student liaisons, community-based resources, and volunteers in the development of systems, ensuring a smooth transition and successful persistence toward program completion for all international students and scholars at the University.
