Facilities Maintenance Specialist

This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of locksets and door hardware. This position will also perform general inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance of campus building structures including doors locks hardware and various campus equipment. Duties also include the maintenance of an appropriate parts inventory, ordering parts and providing professional advice on the materials and time required to complete various tasks. This position may also direct the work of student and/or University Staff Temporary employees.

Dean of the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business

The Dean of the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business provides academic and administrative leadership for and oversight over all School of Business programs. The Austin E. Cofrin School of Business is a community of teachers, scholars, and learners dedicated to advancing the economic prosperity and entrepreneurial spirit of northeastern Wisconsin through partnership, impactful research, and quality educational programing.  The Dean is responsible for budget, personnel, curriculum, and strategic planning for the School. The Dean is expected to work professionally with diverse external and internal constituencies to promote the University and the mission of the School of Business. The Dean will work in a collaborative fashion on matters of mutual concern with the Deans of the College of Health, Education and Social Welfare; the College of Science, Engineering and Technology; and the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.  The Dean reports to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and serves on the Provost’s Administrative Council.

The Dean will inspire and lead the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business through the AACSB accreditation process. The business school is expected to grow significantly as its academic programs, and scholarship align with key economic and business sectors of Northeast Wisconsin. The Dean will develop a vigorous program of external networking with business including establishing partnerships to connect the Cofrin School of Business to the local and regional economy.

Custodian Float

This position reports to the Custodian Services Supervisor and is responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances.  This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed.

Program Associate

This position reports to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and serves as backup support to the Provost and other office staff. The Program Associate is responsible for preparing and disseminating correspondence; acting as administrative liaison between the Associate Provost and campus personnel, including UW-System Administration; and assembling information and preparing materials for special projects. Duties also include serving as administrative support, which includes budget maintenance for the Student Success and Engagement Program, the Gateway to Phoenix Success Program, and the Learning Center. The Program Associate will also supervise student workers, schedule appointments, make meeting and travel arrangements, and maintain program and event files.

The position also prepares and disseminates correspondence and acts as administrative liaison between the Secretary of the Faculty and Staff (SOFAS) and campus personnel. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the SOFAS websites, scheduling meetings/rooms for governance committees, and posting meeting agendas and minutes. The position will maintain electronic and hard copy faculty personnel files and committee records and will perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Director of the University Union

This position reports to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Campus Climate and is responsible for oversight of all aspects of operation. This includes oversight of all revenues and expenditures, supervision of staff, and setting goals in accordance with the mission and vision of UW-Green Bay and the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Climate. Conduct and Accommodations Coordinator

The Conduct and Accommodations Coordinator has shared responsibilities within the Dean of Students Office and the Office of Disability Services, reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Students, with a dotted line report to the Director of Disability Services. The Coordinator will handle student misconduct and complaints, investigate Title IX cases, and support students with disabilities in a myriad of ways, such as communicating with faculty on students’ behalf and also helping ensure needed accommodations. This position requires a high level of discretionary judgement to navigate a number of federal or state laws and policies. The position will be housed on the Green Bay campus but serve students at all UW-Green Bay locations.
