The Camps and Conferences Coordinator reports to the Director of Continuing Professional Education.  This position coordinates the planning and execution of summer camps, lifestyle programs for adults, and conference support in the Office of Outreach and Extension.  In addition, this person is the liaison and provides oversight to the Learning in Retirement program.  This person is also responsible for the hiring and supervision of seasonal employees, students, volunteers, and camp instructors. This person also supervises two University staff members who provide support to the programs.

The Outreach Specialist reports to the Director of the Phuture Phoenix program, and assists with the leadership, operation, and management of the Phuture Phoenix program.

The Printing Manager and Content Assistant within the Marketing and University Communication Office serves as the campus print purchasing manager.  This position reviews all complex and routine campus requests for outside printing and determines the appropriate printing vendor; provides advice to members of the campus community regarding their University-related printing needs; develops bid specifications for complex and/or specialty printing jobs that are not covered by state contract and analyzes vendor bids for pricing to ensure compliance with specifications and awards contracts in accordance with state law. This position will also assist with content proofing and brand management (editing and/or posting blogs, press releases, photo galleries and other duties as assigned) for the Office of Marketing and University Communication.

The University Videographer/Photographer reports to the Director of Marketing and provides a range of media-related services which support the University Marketing, Admissions, Advancement and Chancellor’s offices.  This position will serve as the University’s photographer and videographer at both media and University events as needed.  This position is responsible for bringing a creative perspective to video, digital photography, and image capture of campus news, landscapes, advancement (donor and alumni, candid shots, portraits, and sports action), on location and in the studio.

This person also serves as the back- up Sexual Assault Coordinator, providing advocacy and support to victims who report sexual assault or violence. The Health Educator will work collaboratively with campus and community to implement evidence-based programming to students, faculty and staff recognizing cultural, social justice and student health issues, and using theoretical frameworks and evidence based approaches.
