Executive Director of University Wellness & Student Counseling Services

This position reports to the Assistant Chancellor for Student Affairs and oversees and manages personnel, operations, policy, logistics, and strategic planning. Serves as the primary liaison from Counseling Services to the college and surrounding community. Oversees counseling and education services to students and consultation to students, faculty, and staff. Ensures staff and programs work collaboratively and effectively with other areas of the college.

This position will also support students via case management and the provision of health and wellness education. The Director will provide support to Prevea Health staff and oversight for all wellness-related needs on behalf of campus and the Universities of Wisconsin. This position will work to create a safe and equitable environment for all UW-Green Bay students, where all can feel a sense of place and pride.

Assistant Director of Housing for Camps, Conference, & Oneida Youth Programming

This position reports to the Executive Director of Housing & Residential Education and provides guidance and support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation as it pertains to summer camps & youth programing. In addition, this position monitors budget and appropriate funding for programming, develops contracts with partners, promotes stable and productive relationships between the university and community, and strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. This position hires, trains and supervises both full-time and temporary staff, including university students. Lastly, this position requires the person to live on campus serving as a part of the Housing & Residential Education program and provides support to the department, including assisting in the management of camp and guest housing.

IT Financial Specialist II

This position reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for reviewing, approving, and advising on a variety of advanced financial transactions. This position will prepare and reconcile financial transactions, recommend controls and process improvements, troubleshoot advanced financial errors. This position maintains financial records, provides administrative processing support, and provides customer service for staff and customers in an assigned program area to support program financial management. This position serves on the Division of Information Technology leadership team in an advisory role and works collaboratively with peers and campus stakeholders to provide reliable, secure, and accurate financial information in support of the division and the UW-Green Bay mission.

Assistant Chancellor for Finance/CFO

The Assistant Chancellor for Finance/CFO plays a vital role in advancing the financial health and sustainability of UW-Green Bay and supporting the mission of access, student success, and community engagement. This position will serve as a visionary leader with a deep understanding of finance, a commitment to UW-Green Bay’s strategic priorities, and a dedication to fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, fiscal responsibility, and entrepreneurship.

UW-Green Bay seeks a financial leader that can help us build on the positive momentum of the University.  With a strong CFI and steadily growing and diversified enrollment and revenue streams, the University is positioned well for the future.  The Assistant Chancellor will be integral in continuing the current trajectory of the University.

Reporting directly to the Chancellor as a member of the University Cabinet, the Assistant Chancellor is responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and fiscal compliance. Areas of oversight include Budget, Controller’s Office (Accounting, Procurement, and Student Billing), and the University Union. The Assistant Chancellor serves as the major fiscal steward of the University and ensures fiscal integrity of all University assets. Financial modeling and forecasting will be critical elements of the role, related to assessments of internal and external factors that impact revenues and expenses.

The Assistant Chancellor will collaborate with the Chancellor and other leadership to direct and oversee financial activities and controls of the University. They will foster strategic thinking, creativity, and collaborative approaches to advance the financial health of the institution. The Assistant Chancellor will be steadfast in their understanding and advocacy for strong financial governance, be entrepreneurial, a clear communicator, and demonstrate exceptional financial, strategic, and interpersonal skills.

Cassidee Guthrie started on Monday, June 3rd 2024 as a Counselor for the Wellness Center!

Cassidee received her BA in Psychology with a Minors in Criminal Justice and Communication from UW-Milwaukee. She then went on to receive her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University!
