Residential Education Coordinator

The Residential Education Coordinator reports to the Associate Director; and assumes additional responsibilities assigned by and makes recommendations to the Director. The Residential Education Coordinator (REC) position assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of Housing and Residential Education.  Housing and Residential Education provides housing for 2,000 students during the academic year and 2,500 guests during the summer.  The REC is responsible for overseeing a community of approximately 400 residents; and with the help of Resident Assistants (RAs), strives to develop and maintain a safe, enjoyable, supportive and inclusive living environment for residents where they can achieve academic success and personal growth and development.  The REC is a member of the Residence Life team and holds administrative responsibilities, participates in committees and meetings, and serves students in a multitude of ways.

HR Coordinator

This position reports to HR Systems & Total Rewards Manager and creates and maintains human resources (HR) records, coordinates logistics, disseminates HR communications, and processes various HR specific transactions related to HR Systems and Total Rewards (i.e. data entry, HR technology, compensation, and benefits), to ensure compliance with established rules, regulations, procedures and statutes for assigned departments. Supervises student employee(s) within the HR office and provides assistance with HR-related database systems and reporting.

Financial Aid Director

UW-Green Bay is a regional comprehensive University that has strong community connections within the 16-county region and provides outreach to students and families to ensure all students are offered a pathway to their degree. UW-Green Bay has need-based scholarships which focus on removing financial barriers so students can persist in achieving their degrees. Financial aid is an integral part of student success by providing accurate information, excellent student service and aid to students who qualify. Under the direction of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services, the Director of Financial Aid will lead their team and advise others across campus on strategy and implementation of financial aid. The director develops, implements, documents and evaluates all financial aid and scholarship programs. The director works strategically and collaboratively to recruit and retain students for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay at all four of its campuses (Green Bay, Manitowoc, Marinette and Sheboygan.)   The director is responsible for the awarding of and disbursement of the annual financial aid expenditures, a comprehensive financial aid budget of approximately $42 Million including federal, state, institution and foundation aid. The director also ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and unit strategy in support of awarding financial aid to qualifying students. The Financial Aid Director oversees Veterans Services which is located within the Financial Aid Office.

Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

This position reports to Director of Facilities Management and coordinates, operates, and maintains the shipping, receiving, and surplus property functions necessary at the university. This person also works with Facilities Management supervisor’s inventory records to ensure materials are being tracked in accordance with UW System requirements. This position works with the Shipping and Receiving Clerk, as well as, any student employees.

The University Union Financial Specialist provides financial support for the University Union, Student Organizations and the Office of Student Engagement and supervises Student Financial positions. This position also provides financial support to University Recreation & the Shorewood Center.

Library Assistant III (75%, Manitowoc Campus)

This position reports to the Campus Librarian and performs a wide range of complex library services which support the day-to-day operations to provide access to information resources in a variety of formats.  The position oversees circulation services on the campus, carries-out interlibrary loan operations, and provides proctoring services for students with documented testing accommodations.
