The UW-Green Bay Office of Human Resources is recruiting for an HR Talent Partner. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director of Talent Management, and will join a highly collaborative team of professionals working to provide high quality, responsive HR support to the University community. This position will also serve as a critical team member during the upcoming transition to Workday, which will replace our current Human Resources System (HRS).
The HR Talent Partner (HR Generalist) is responsible for serving as a trusted advisor and facilitator to their assigned group(s) of colleges and departments to provide administrators, managers, supervisors, faculty, and staff consultative and transactional HR support and services relevant to the entire career lifecycle. Specifically, the HR Talent Partner will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of HR functions for their assigned group(s) in areas such as coaching/employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, learning & development, FMLA, position description development, and employee engagement. In addition, the HR Talent Partner may independently facilitate programs in specialty areas based upon skills, interest, and expertise.
