Enrollment Services Manager

This position reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services and oversees the daily management of programs, services, activities, facilities, policies and/or processes in order to support student success in various areas of student services. Works under broad, administrative direction with significant responsibility for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Responds to inquiries from University departments, educational institutions, the community, and/or external agencies. Strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Coordinate and manage all operations of the integrated Green Bay One Stop Shop (GBOSS) at the Green Bay campus, and Student Services Front Desk staff at the Manitowoc, Marinette, and Sheboygan campuses.  This position will supervise and train Student Services Specialists at all locations and coordinate Welcome Center operations.  This position is responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing new ideas, as well as analyzing business practices to improve policy and procedure based on interactions with students and families, faculty and staff.
