Financial Aid Assistant Director – Technology & Compliance

This position reports to the Financial Aid Director and assists in directing strategic short and long-term initiatives, advises on key policy implementation in accordance with applicable guidelines, and supervises staff to facilitate the awarding of financial aid to qualifying students.

This position provides oversight and leadership in several key areas for the office, including award processing, maintenance and monitoring of system upgrades, outages, tools and training in the student information system (Peoplesoft).  Works closely with the University’s Division I athletics program, providing guidance and support for its NCAA financial aid compliance efforts.

This position’s primary focus will be to support our system requirements for processing federal aid and compliance review.
