Register For Your Flu Vaccine Appointment

The Well Wisconsin Program offers workplace flu vaccine clinics because rolling up your sleeve now is better than a nasty illness later. Flu vaccinations are free and voluntary for employees and spouses enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program.

Follow the below steps to receive your flu vaccination at your workplace flu vaccine clinic.

  1. Pre-register by logging in or creating an account at the Well Wisconsin Program portal. Then scroll down to the Get Your Flu Vaccination tile and click Register Today.
  2. Complete the digital consent form.
  3. Present your health insurance ID card at your appointment.

The flu vaccination will protect against the more likely causes of flu illness during the upcoming season, including the H1N1- strain of influenza. The vaccine is preservative-free.

The vaccine is not recommended if you:

  • Are allergic to eggs or egg products
  • Have an active neurological disorder
  • Have a fever, acute respiratory or other active infection/illness

CRM Application Administrator (1 Year Temporary)

This position reports to Director of Enterprise Applications. The CRM Application Administrator is responsible for configuring, integrating, administering, and providing advanced and varied consultation, project management, and operational support of highly complex applications or services with a large number of users. This position anticipates issues and devises resolution methodology to support the business operations of the institution.

This position will report to the Information Technology Division but will work collaboratively with multiple areas that utilize CRM technology, including Continuing Education, Enrollment Services, Graduation Studies and the Weidner Center. This position will act as the liaison between the Information Technology Business Analyst and the functional users for each department.  Specific job duties will include leading end-user meetings, ensuring collaboration between departments, providing training and functional end-user support.
