Data Integration Specialist/Database Administrator
This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications & Integration and functions in a hybrid role as a Data Integration Specialist and a Database Administrator.
The data integration component of this position is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and complex technical integrations across multiple systems, including in-house, enterprise application and cloud hosted systems. This position provides day-to-day maintenance and long-term assistance to ensure subsystems and infrastructure function together and business needs are met.
The database component of this position is responsible for the administration of Microsoft SQL Server database management software, MySQL software, Oracle software, database connectivity software, and other related software on database servers running Windows operating systems. This position will work closely with the Office of Institutional Strategy and Effectiveness to assist in making data more available and connected for reporting and strategic planning for the University.

Website Operations Manager
This position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and University Communication and leads and participates in the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of websites. Serves as a subject matter expert, consultant, and main point of contact to internal and external stakeholders regarding website support.
The Web Operations Manager is a member of the Office of Marketing and University Communication and reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and University Communication. The role collaborates heavily with the Web Development Team in IT.
The Office of Marketing and University Communication brings UW-Green Bay’s story to life in creative and compelling ways, honoring brand identity and standards, and at the same time, assuring communications effectively speak to varying target audiences. Utilizing a strategic mix of traditional and emerging marketing and communication channels, the team utilizes an integrated approach that considers both marketing and communication strategies, while collaborating with University and community subject matter experts to highlight UW-Green Bay students, faculty, staff, alumni and academic programs that are on the rise and making a difference in our region.

Reminder: Extended Vacation Carryover Deadlines Approaching
Due to the disruptive effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees schedules and the ability to take planned time off, the UW Admin Policy 1200-Interim 05: Interim: Vacation, Compensatory Time and Personal Holiday Carryover extended Academic Staff and Limited appointees ability to carryover unused vacation and personal holiday hours through June 30, 2021. UW System has announced UW Admin Policy 1200-Interim 08: Extended Vacation Carryover, extending vacation carryover through October 9, 2021.
As a result, Academic Staff and Limited employees will have until October 9, 2021 to use any remaining fiscal year 2019 and/or 2020 vacation carryover balances. On October 10th, unused vacation carryover in excess of the normal policy limits (176 hours, prorated for part-time employees), will be lost and carryover will revert to the standard limits set forth in UW Admin Policy 1210: Vacation, Paid Leave Banks, and Vacation Cash Payouts (i.e. vacation may be carried over for one fiscal year).
For University Staff, the current interim policy extends vacation carryover through December 31, 2021.

Position Reannounced – Campus Planner
This position reports to the Director of Facilities Management and Planning and participates in capital planning, budget preparation, space planning and design, and project management. This professional position functions under limited supervision and is responsible for researching and developing complex documents that pertain to the needs of higher education. Responsibilities will include site and transportation planning, architectural and mechanical systems, space planning, construction budgeting, and compliance with International Building Code and other regulatory requirements. The position will prepare documents that support the university’s capital planning process in a way that is consistent with UW System policies and procedures. Additionally, this position will effectively utilize computer-aided design software and database software to create and organize documents in an effective manner.
