Alan is from Nauvoo, IL and has a BA in Communications from Graceland University, a MS in Sports Management from Western Illinois University and currently working on his MBA with Louisiana Tech University.
His previous employers before coming to UWBG were, Louisiana Tech University, Southeast Missouri State, and McNeese State University.
During his free time, Alan enjoys getting outdoors (hiking and golfing) and playing basketball.

We are delighted to announce that Beverly Pence has been appointed into the position of Talent Acquisition & Engagement Coordinator. This position will serve as a resource to foster an inclusive institutional culture and create and nurture authentic and intentional relationships with diverse communities both internal and external to UW-Green Bay. Specifically, Beverly will provide coordination in areas such as recruitment, AA/EDI, orientation/onboarding, and employee engagement (including Wellness). Beverly comes to us after 7.5 years at NWTC.
