Study Abroad/Away Program Manager

This position reports to Director of International Education and oversees the daily delivery of study abroad, study away, National Student Exchange, and virtual internship programming including the delivery of publicity/outreach, advising services, admissions, enrollment management, orientation, visa support, data collection and reporting, and logistics coordination for faculty-led programming. The Program Manager must identify, clarify, and resolve issues of substantial significance using advanced technical and professional knowledge as well as independent judgement. Instructional Designer – 2 Vacancies (OPEN TO UW SYSTEM EMPLOYEES ONLY)

These positions report to the Director of CATL and as a part of the Center for the Advancement of Teaching & Learning (CATL) team, creates and delivers consultations, programs, and activities for faculty engagement and development. They use their expertise in pedagogy, adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning technology to advise and support both individuals and groups working on course and program-level curriculum development. They also design, develop, and consult on instructional materials, activities, curricula, and assessment resources in accordance with current pedagogical practices, cognitive/learning science, and design tools and methods. Veterans Services Coordinator

This position reports to the Financial Aid Director and develops and implements programs and services, maintains relationships with stakeholders, and represents the institution as a student military and veteran identity expert. Custodian (1st Shift)

This position reports to the Custodial Services Program Supervisor and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances. This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed.
