Facilities Technician III – Kress Center

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Facilities for Athletics, the Kress, UREC, and inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards and to prevent further damage. Assists with construction, design and operational maintenance as needed.   Performs essential maintenance and repair on all Kress Event Center equipment and mechanical systems including swimming pool.

Systems Administrator

This position reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions Operations and provides functional support for the Office of Admissions’ customer relationship management system (CRM), Salesforce, and the integrations from various systems that supply data for use recruitment, communication, and analysis. The position also maintains the CRM’s day-to-day business processes and is responsible for data integrity and security including, but not limited to: record consolation, import of various datasets, mapping, communication (email and text message) deployment, development and maintenance of queries, reports, fields, prompts, forms, rules, etc. As part of the CRM, Salesforce instance, this position will support the following tools: Pardot (communication), Mogli (texting), Form Assembly, Communities portal (Wings).

Configures, integrates, administers, and provides advanced and varied consultation, project management, and operational support of highly complex applications or services with a large number of users. Anticipates issues and devises resolution methodology to support the business operations of the institution. This position works closely alongside the Admissions leadership team and staff in the division of Information Technology, specifically the team supporting the CRM, such as the Business Analyst and Data Integration Specialist.

This position is responsible for maximizing the available technology for the purpose of recruiting students to UW-Green Bay. A special emphasis is placed on developing and implementing robust applications for the CRM software, along with developing reports to support analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Return on Investment (ROI).

UW-Green Bay is embarking on a new model for Career Services focused on providing intrusive, supportive career advising to students within our four Colleges that will lead to more intentional connections and success.  Career Advisors are responsible for building strong, intentional relationships and advising students in a variety of career development areas including self-discovery and reflection, understanding the world of work, experiential learning, advanced education, and job and internship searching.

Career Advisors are responsible for designing engaging and meaningful workshops and programs, coordinating networking opportunities, introducing and connecting students to work-based learning experiences, and developing intentional relationships with employers, faculty, and staff members. Under this new model, Career Advisors will lead and support the efforts of the Career Services Office directly in one of the four Colleges at UW-Green Bay to provide services tailored to specific majors. This position reports to the Director of Career Services and the Dean of the College for which they support. Administrative Services Professional, Upward Bound Programs

This position reports to the Director of Upward Bound Programs and provides program support for UW-Green Bay’s Upward Bound Programs which is made up of two grant funded programs: Upward Bound and Upward Bound Math and Science. Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Marketing

This position reports to the Associate Athletic Director for External Operations and will serve as marketing director and provide leadership of all ticket activities within the Athletics department, and oversee all functions related to revenue generation through tickets sales.
