Associate Athletic Director for Compliance & Student-Athlete Excellence

This position reports to the Director of Athletics and provides leadership to multiple areas within the athletics department including: Compliance, institutional control, Internal operations, Compliance, Title IX gender equity, Horizon League and NCAA reporting, student-athlete academic success and development, NCAA special grants, programs and activities, managing Financial Aid resources, Admission liaison, oversight of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), strength and conditioning, and sports medicine. Additionally, this position will provide sport supervision of multiple programs including evaluation of coaches and all day-to-day operations. This position will play a key role in planning for the NCAA Transformation Committee requirements and ensuring that UWGB is positioned to thrive in the near future and beyond. Senior Women’s Administrator role may be designated depending on qualifications.

This position reports to the Custodial Services Supervisor and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the designated work area.  Work performed in this position includes manual cleaning and maintenance of UWGB buildings.  General areas of responsibility include: cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances. This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work locations as needed.

Planning has begun for the upcoming Phoenix Orientation program aimed at providing all new ongoing employees who started within the last year with information on UWGB strategic priorities, the mission/vision, DEI initiatives, and other essential information to ensure their success as a new employee and to better integrate them into the UWGB culture and community.

HR Coordinator

Specifically, this position will be responsible for coordination of HR compliance activities, serve as the I-9 coordinator, provide general administrative support in more than one functional area such as records management and recruitment. Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) reports to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Senior Vice Chancellor for Institutional Strategy. The CIO will provide leadership, vision and strategy across the University to support the needs of the students, faculty, and staff and to advance the institutional mission in a multi-campus setting.  In the changing landscape of higher education, the CIO will commit to building an information technology (IT) program that adequately supports both the academic and administrative areas of the university.  The CIO will be responsible for all aspects of information technology at the university including enterprise solutions, administrative functions, academic support, cybersecurity, IT policies and strategic plans. The CIO will work with academic areas in the ongoing evaluation of educational technologies and distance learning applications, and will be responsible for understanding the full scope of technology needs of students, faculty, and staff and providing a continuous commitment to excellence in customer service and support.

The CIO is responsible for the delivery of a full spectrum of information technology products and services to the four locations, including application services, infrastructure services, networking and communication services, enterprise systems project management, information security, and serving as a catalyst for the development of an integrated data analytics program.

Key to success in this role will be close collaboration with University leadership to establish value-added IT services using innovative, cost-effective technologies that improve business efficiency and effectiveness. The Chief Information Officer will foster a cohesive, collaborative, innovative, high-performing, and diverse work environment that respects contributions of leadership, faculty, and staff.
