Assistant Professor – Nursing & Health Studies

The College of Health, Education, and Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for a tenure-track position in Nursing & Health Studies. This position will teach courses in the prelicensure BSN program, RN-BSN Completion, and MSN; May teach in other health-related programs. Individuals with proficiency with educational technology and/or online course instruction are encouraged to apply.

2nd Shift Custodian

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Operations department welcomes your application for a 2nd shift Custodian position. In this important role, you will make an impact on our students, faculty and staff by maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of your designated work area by manually cleaning and maintaining the UW-Green Bay buildings. This includes but is not limited to cleaning offices, restrooms, and other building areas; maintaining all floor surfaces including mopping, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing, and refinishing; cleaning windows (inside and outside); cleaning furniture; assisting with furniture, piano and equipment moves as required; stocking restrooms and custodial work areas with necessary supplies and products; waste and recycling removal; snow removal and salting of building entrances. This position will be required to drive a State vehicle and travel between work on-campus locations as needed.

Graduate & Executive Education Coordinator

Housed in the Cofrin School of Business (CSB) and reporting jointly to the Dean of the Cofrin School of Business and the Associate Vice Chancellor for Graduate Studies and Research, this position is responsible for developing and implementing graduate student recruitment plans for CSB. This individual organizes events, recruits and trains staff and volunteers, and represents the institution to prospective business program students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse professional student body. This position will identify existing and emerging markets for CSB non-credit and graduate programs, is involved in outreach to organizations and overall promotion of school activities, and coordinates closely with the staff of the Office of Graduate Studies and the Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement.

Associate Athletic Director for Compliance & Student-Athlete Excellence

This position reports to the Director of Athletics and provides leadership to multiple areas within the athletics department including: Compliance, institutional control, Internal operations, Compliance, Title IX gender equity, Horizon League and NCAA reporting, student-athlete academic success and development, NCAA special grants, programs and activities, managing Financial Aid resources, Admission liaison, oversight of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), strength and conditioning, and sports medicine. Additionally, this position will provide sport supervision of multiple programs including evaluation of coaches and all day-to-day operations. This position will play a key role in planning for the NCAA Transformation Committee requirements and ensuring that UWGB is positioned to thrive in the near future and beyond. Senior Women’s Administrator role may be designated depending on qualifications.

Planning has begun for the upcoming Phoenix Orientation program aimed at providing all new ongoing employees who started within the last year with information on UWGB strategic priorities, the mission/vision, DEI initiatives, and other essential information to ensure their success as a new employee and to better integrate them into the UWGB culture and community.
