Human Resources Assistant (Temporary, 9 Month Appointment)

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager/AA Officer and performs a variety of payroll, benefits and human resource related activities for UW-Green Bay’s Human Resources Office.  This position will assist with interpreting and applying a wide variety of payroll and benefit rules and regulations affecting the various employee classifications on campus. In addition, this position will provide assistance with records management.

Student & Community Engagement Coordinator

This position reports to the Student Success Advisor and is responsible for facilitating, sustaining, and promoting high impact learning experiences for students in the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business (AECSB).  Successful candidates will work with faculty, staff, students, and community partners on high engagement activities, such as mentorship programs, professional site visits, research experiences, seminar series, student idea or business competitions, international travel, and related activities.  In addition, the candidate will be responsible for strengthening existing relationships and expanding the School’s connections with the community through the leveraging of social media. Candidates will promote the accomplishments, programs, and opportunities offered by the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business to the community by connecting with stakeholders, such as students, partners, and alumni.
