Custodian Lead (Sheboygan Campus)

This position reports to the Physical Plant Program Manager on the Sheboygan Campus and is responsible for relaying instructions from supervisors to the custodial staff. This position must exhibit high standards in performing job duties, clean assigned areas according to department standards, and be able to organize job duties to fit time allowed. Excellent customer services is necessary in order to interact with outside constituencies. This position must be physically able to perform all aspects of the job duties, able to read and comprehend written instructions, write instructions for custodial staff, use and learn to use all department equipment according to instructions, follow all safety rules, and report safety violations or equipment repairs to supervisor.

On December 2, 2019, the Student Services area welcomed Vanessa Mahlik as a Student Services Specialist.

Vanessa comes to us from Anaheim, California. Vanessa was previously employed at the Wisconsin Early Autism Project as a Bilingual Intake and Marketing Coordinator.

In her free time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, going to concerts, watching soccer games, cooking and trying new recopies, pugs, and pizza. Vanessa is married to her wife with two dogs.

Vanessa has a Bachelors Degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Spanish Minor from UW-Oshkosh.

Welcome Sue Pischke!

On November 25, 2019, the Marketing & University Communications department welcomed Sue Pischke as a Photographer/Videographer.

Prior to starting at UW-Green Bay, Sue worked for 2 years at UW-Stout as a multimedia Specialist. She went to Fox Valley Technical College for Associate Multimedia Content Development.

She is involved in Stepping Stones of Dunn County – Community Connections Program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling for photography/videography, kayaking, biking, hiking, camping, and snowshoeing.

Sue lives in De Pere and has a FAA Remote UAS Pilot Certification.

On November 19, 2019, the Marketing & University Communications department welcomed Nancy Williquette as a Marketing Manager.

Nancy comes to us from Green Bay, WI. Nancy was previously employed as the Director of Marketing and Development for Exceptional Equestrians. Nancy is involved in Management Women, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, and Shamrock Club of Green Bay.

In her free time, Nancy enjoys reading, gardening, travel, skiing, and biking.

Nancy has a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Carroll University.

Adjunct Instructor – Real Estate Principles

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Austin E. Cofrin School of Business, is currently seeking an instructor to teach Real Estate Principles, an upper-level Finance elective for Accounting and Business Administration majors. The class can be offered either in an online or face-to-face format.

This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Develop lesson plans from the course curriculum.
  • Evaluate and document students’ progress through testing, observation, and assessment of skills attained.
  • Provide a stimulating environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Maintain accurate records on all students, including attendance and course requirements.
  • Organize and maintain time, space, supplies, and equipment for instruction.

University Services Program Associate

This position reports to the Behavioral Health Training Partnership Director and manages the meeting and event planning process for professional development opportunities provided to behavioral health professionals for the Behavioral Health Training Partnership (BHTP).  This position provides office management and administrative support for BHTP personnel, including supervision of student employees and budget reconciliation and also provides periodic facilitation of training sessions for BHTP.   Responsibilities also include coordination of online course enrollment, marketing of department training, providing customer service, supporting registration, billing and payment services via department software.
