Welcome Laina Stuebner!

On Monday, April 24, 2023, Laina Stuebner started as a Grants & Research Program Specialist with the Office of Grants & Research department.

Her name is pronounced Lay-nuh and her preferred pronouns are she/her. Prior to starting in this new position, she graduated with from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, BA in International Studies (Dec. 2013) and the University of Wisconsin Law School, J.D. (May 2020). She then worked as an Attorney at Law for the Firm of Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry S.C. for 3 years.

Laina would like to share that her hometown is Downers Grove, Illinois and that she enjoys hiking, camping, and sailing. She is also a member of the Exceptional Equestrians Board of Directors as well as a member of the Midwest Environmental Advocates Board of Directors.
