Meet Your Facilitator:
Stephanie currently works as a Commercial Operations Manager with a Madison based company where she is a master collaborator leading multiple teams to come together through major corporate restructuring. She has consulted for Fortune 500 companies for 7 years and carries over 13 years of sales and marketing experience. After developing a leadership development program for multiple teams she launched her coaching and mentoring career. She has been leading teams since 2007 and as a leader her passion has developed from watching others grow and succeed.
Stephanie has experience in training teams on leadership, business management, effective interpersonal communication strategies, numerous emotional intelligence topics, diversity, and many others. Her favorite is training new leaders how to become confident and compassionate leaders. Stephanie has been working with leaders, tenured and new, for over 7 years to curate healthy and happy team cultures. Additionally, Stephanie is an international best-selling author, with over 10 years of experience in coaching and training and a passion for watching others grow “The goal is not to teach a class as someone qualified, but to help the class to connect with me so that they can embrace the concepts that increase mental well-being and result in stronger leaders.”
In 2016 Stephanie received her associates degree in Leadership development and in 2018 obtained her bachelor’s degree in marketing management. This year Stephanie went back to school and earned her master’s degree in leadership and management in just 6 months. She continues to attend regular courses with other industry leaders on leadership and mental health.
