This position reports to the Financial Aid Director and develops and implements programs and services, maintains relationships with stakeholders, and represents the institution as a student military and veteran identity expert. Administers veteran and military benefits under federal and state rules, regulations, and guidelines. Provides information to prospective students and assists students in their educational pursuits through connections to campus resources, advising, and community building. Educates and advocates for the needs of military connected students.
