These positions will provide administrative support for assigned department(s) or area(s). This posting does not apply to a specific current opening. Respondents to this posting will be included in a general Administrative Assistant pool, and as positions become available, applications will be screened. Positions recruited utilizing this pool may be either at the Administrative Assistant II or Administrative Assistant III level, depending on the scope and responsibilities of the specific position.
