Administrative Assistant II – Student Engagement

This position reports to the Assistant Director for Business Operations and provides administrative support for a department, group of professionals, or to the manager of a work group consisting of professional staff and subordinate supervisors in support of unit goals, under general supervision.

Responsibilities include coordination and supervision for front desk operations, records and forms management, budget account reconciliation, supply ordering, invoice processing, coordination and processing of student employment, administrative support for programs and events, administrative support for commencement, maintaining and managing programming calendar and database support, and Student Organization requests for supplies, copying, mailings, or travel. This position will also work to create a safe and inclusive  environment for all UW Green Bay students where all feel a sense of place and pride.
