This position reports to the Purchasing Specialist and is responsible, for providing procurement services that support the University of Wisconsin Green Bay faculty, staff, and students. This position has responsibility for facilitating the acquisition of materials and services as needed by the campus. This position requires knowledge of DOA and UW System policies and procedures governing procurement for State/UW entities. This position will be responsible for sourcing products, developing Requests for Purchasing Authority (RPA’s) and facilitating Request for Bids (RFB). This position acts as the Purchasing Card Administrator.
