This position reports to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs/Dean of Students and Provides general administrative support, while exercising discretion, to the administrator of a department or division of the institution or to the administrator of multiple institution programs, services, and activities. This position assists with the development/monitoring of multiple budgets and provides human resources support for the Division of Inclusivity and Student Affairs. Duties require recognizing potential problems and exercising independent judgment in applying complex policies, rules and regulations into decision-making actions. The individual fulfilling this role will work to create a safe and inclusive environment for all UW-Green Bay students, where all feel a sense of place and pride.
