This position reports to the Custodian Services Program Supervisor and assists in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the Office of Residence Life at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with others in providing services for a residential community housing 2,100 students and 3,000 summer guests residing in 29 University housing facilities. Responsibilities include overseeing custodial services; interviewing, training, scheduling, and supervising student/LTE staff; maintaining employee time records; inventorying and ordering supplies; coordinating recycling, refuse, and pest control services; grounds upkeep and snow removal. Occasional weekend and evening work is required. This position assumes additional responsibilities assigned by, and makes recommendations to, the Director of Residence Life.
