The Assistant Director of Ticket Services reports to the Associate Athletics Director for External Relations. The primary responsibilities are to sell season ticket packages and develop new customers by selling season, mini-plans, and group packages for men’s and women’s basketball. Management of the box office will include supervising a student-staff, overseeing the daily operations, maintaining the ticket software utilized.
