On Monday, August 21st Whitney Myers started as an Assistant Professor – Voice for the Music Department.
Whtiney is originally from Johnson City, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor of Music from University of Kentucky, her Master of Music at University of North Carolina – Greensboro as well as her Doctor of Musical Arts from University of Kentucky.
Whitney previously worked for Northeastern State University as an Associate Professor of Voice for 7 years.

On Monday, August 21st Fangjun (Grace) Sang started as an Assistant Professor – Accounting & Finance.
Grace received her Bachelor of Arts in Educational Administration from Beijing Normal University in China. She later received her Master of Science in Accounting from Kent State University in Ohio in 2012 as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration – Accounting in 2018.
Grace was previously an Assistant professor for St. Bonaventure University in New York from 2018 – 2023.

On Monday, August 21st Damon Watson started as an Assistant Teaching Professor for CAHSS.
Damon is originally from Grand Island, Nebraska. Damon double majored in Philosophy and Math at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He later received his Masters in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University. After getting his PhD in Philosophy from Marquette University, Damon went on to work for Marquette University for 10 years.

Bardia is originally from Iran where he received his Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Jaraj Azad University in 2011 as well as his Master of Business Administration – Marketing from Allameh Tabataba’i University in 2014.
In 2023 Bardia received his Graduate Certificate in Statistics Methods and Analyses in Education and Behavioral Sciences as well as a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University. Bardia also got his Ph.D in Business Administration – Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oklahoma State University in 2023.

Angela is originally from Columbus, WI. She received her BS in Education and her MSW from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She also received her DSW from the University of St Thomas.
Angela began her career as an English Teacher where she worked for the Columbus School District for 2 years, and at St. James School in Madison for 3 years. Angela was a Social Worker for 1 year for the School District of Janesville and for 4 years at Madison Metropolitan School District. Angela was also a UW-Madison lecturer for 3 academic school years.

Bit is originally from South Korea. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hansun University in South Korea, followed by a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University. Finally, Bit received his PhD from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Bit served as an adjunct professor at the University of Nebraska for one year.
