Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Operations

This position reports to Senior Associate Athletic Director for Resources Enhancement. Lead athletic ticket operations and provides ticketing services to those sponsoring and attending athletic contests. Will develop new strategies to grow attendance in ticketed sports ¿ including corporate group sales, season ticket strategies, and students. Assist with strategic marketing efforts of the department for all athletic ticketed events.

This position reports to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and this position assists the head coach with all aspects of running a successful Division I Men’s Basketball program. Bellin Run 2025

It’s time to register for the 49th Annual Bellin Run! The Bellin Run will be an in-person and virtual event on Saturday June 14, 2025, in Green Bay. This 10K & 5K event is for runners and walkers of all participation levels.

UW-Green Bay is part of the Bellin Run Corporate Challenge. Being part of this program gets your race packet (bib and race shirt) will be delivered to the Green Bay campus and available for you to pick up in the Human Resources office about a week before the event (we will email you when it’s ready) if you register by May 15th:

Ticketing & CRM Manager

This position reports to the Cultural Outreach and Development Specialist. This position will work closely with nearly all administrative functions of The Weidner, including Finance, Front of House, Programming and Development. Additionally, this position will collaborate the university divisions of Business and Finance, IT, University ticketing and other campus partners as needed. As the institution implements a new ticketing and CRM platform, this position will be in on the ground floor during the training and implementation, working with the vendor training and implementation team, the Weidner staff and the university to maximize revenue opportunities
