Assistant Teaching Professor – Supply Chain Management

The Department of Business Administration in the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for a teaching faculty position in Supply Chain Management and Logistics to contribute to its growing undergraduate and new Master’s program in Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a range of supply chain management courses such as Logistics Management, Advanced Inventory Management and Risks in Supply Chains, Supply Chain and Operations Analytics, Professional Projects, and Advanced Project Management, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The Cofrin School of Business values university-level teaching experience, the ability to teach a variety of general business and discipline-specific courses, a commitment to continual learning and knowledge sharing, and engagement in institutional, community, and professional service. Data Integration Specialist/Database Administrator

This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and Integrations and functions in a hybrid role as a Data Integration Specialist and a Database Administrator, serving as a member of the Enterprise Applications and Integrations team.

The data integration component of this position is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure and complex technical integrations across multiple systems, including in-house, enterprise application and cloud-hosted systems. This position provides day-to-day maintenance and long-term assistance to ensure subsystems and infrastructure function together and business needs are met.

The database component of this position is responsible for the administration of Microsoft SQL Server database management software, MySQL software, Oracle software, database connectivity software, and other related software on database servers running Windows operating systems. This position will work closely with the Office of Institutional Strategy and Effectiveness to assist in making data more available and connected for reporting and strategic planning for the University.

AI Integration and IT Training Specialist- OPEN TO UW SYSTEM EMPLOYEES ONLY

This position reports to the Director of IT Support Services and is a hybrid position, responsible for multiple areas of responsibilities in Information Technology, including AI Specialist and IT software training. This position works collaboratively with all of the IT departments and campus stakeholders to provide AI support and IT training in alignment with the strategies of the IT Division and the UW-Green Bay mission. The responsibilities of the AI Integration Specialist are to support staff, faculty and students with the integration of AI into their job duties and learning practices and to help the university with its digital transformation changes attributable to AI. The IT trainer responsibilities include the preparation, updating, and delivery of professional development instruction to staff, faculty and students for varied software applications to enhance adoption and innovation for the university.

Assistant Director of Housing for Camps, Conference, & Youth Programming

This position reports to the Executive Director of Housing & Residential Education and provides guidance and support for program planning, implementation, and evaluation as it pertains to summer camps & youth programing. In addition, this position monitors budget and appropriate funding for programming, develops contracts with partners, promotes stable and productive relationships between the university and community, and strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. This position hires, trains and supervises both full-time and temporary staff, including university students. Lastly, this position requires the person to live on campus serving as a part of the Housing & Residential Education program and provides support to the department, including assisting in the management of camp and guest housing.
