It’s the time of year to think about the student employees you plan to rehire for Summer 2015 and/or Academic Year 2015-2016. Primary supervisors will receive e-mails with spreadsheet attachments containing a list of all active student employees in late April. Through this process you will be able to indicate the terms of rehire (summer only, summer and academic year, academic year only), termination, and indicate changes in funding, hourly rates, and approvers. A due date will also be indicated in the email and spreadsheets not received by the due date may result in termination of student appointments. Please look for this email in late April.
Graduating seniors and those not returning for the fall semester may only work through MAY 15, 2015. This applies to all student employees, work study or regular.
