Financial Specialist II – Facilities Management

This position reports to the Administrative Manager and primarily reviews, approves, and advises on a variety of advanced financial transactions. This position may prepare some financial transactions and reconciles transactions. In this role, the candidate will recommend controls and process improvements, troubleshoot advanced financial errors. This position maintains financial records, provides administrative processing support, and provides customer service for staff and customers in an assigned program area to support program financial management. This position will also serve as the secondary contact for support of the TMA system and assist with the daily operation of the financial systems, procurement of inventory, and customer service.
