This position reports to the Executive Director of Housing & Residential Education and provides guidance for program planning, implementation, and evaluation as it pertains to summer camps & youth programing. In addition, this position monitors budget and appropriate funding for programming, promotes stable and productive relationships between the university and community, and strives to expand and ensure access to programs, facilities, and educational services to diverse audiences. This position hires, trains and supervises both full-time and temporary staff, including university students. Lastly, this position provides support to the Housing & Residential Education program, including the management and oversight of guest housing.
