This position reports to the Admissions Director and plans, develops, coordinates, manages, and executes the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution’s strategic goals. Represents the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. May supervise staff and/or lead a program area. Serve as a Career Coach in Green Bay Public Schools via our Turbocharge agreement. Recruit students and provide support for prospects as they progress through the admissions process. Advise on academic planning, programs, and requirements for all degree options. Attend on-going, campus recruitment events, as a representative of UW-Green Bay with partner institutions to increase branding awareness and build recruitment pipeline. Strategically use CRM as a primary and effective means of recruitment. Use CRM Analytics to track and evaluate recruitment data allowing for identification of recruitment trends and better decision making.
