Associate Dean – Austin E Cofrin School of Business

The Austin E. Cofrin School of Business (AECSB) at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for the position of Associate Dean. The Associate Dean will hold the endowed Austin E. Cofrin Chair of Business and report to the Dean of the AECSB. The Associate Dean is responsible for coordinating activities related to accreditation, curriculum, and enrollment management, coordination among the four campus locations, and initiatives related to excellence of the AECSB and its programs and services. The Associate Dean will also serve as the Director of the Executive Impact MBA program.

The AECSB was established in 2010 and was elevated to a College in the summer of 2016. The AECSB supports three young departments in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, and Marketing and Management. The College supports roughly 1,200 students, primarily at the undergraduate level, and has sustained continued annual growth over the last four years at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and is preparing for future expansion. The College offers graduate degrees in Management, Data Science, and through its pending Executive Impact MBA program. The School supports undergraduate programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analysis, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay supports campuses in Green Bay (main), Manitowoc, Marinette, and Sheboygan, with degrees options available at all locations. Collectively this institutional cluster is situated in the third largest economic engine and the third largest population base within the state of Wisconsin, with positive future demographics and strong community partnerships. The potential for external collaboration is strong and supported through the AECSB’s Small Business Development Center, its partnership with TitleTown Tech, and numerous long-standing relationships.
