The 10% Head Cheer Coach position reports to the Director of Athletics Communications and is responsible for supervising, training, and instructing the cheer team. This will include proper training and performance at all practices and required athletic events. This position is also responsible for development and utilization of the team budget; recruiting cheer team members who meet admissions requirements; managing all cheer squad appearance requests both on-campus and within the community; and maintaining proper safety certification.
