Assistant Professor – Organizational Behavior

The Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay seeks applicants for a tenure-track position in Business Administration, specializing in Organizational Behavior.  Candidates with an ability to teach in additional areas of management (human resource management, entrepreneurship, strategic management, etc.) are encouraged to apply.

The Austin E. Cofrin School of Business values university-level teaching experience, the ability to teach a variety of classes in the management curriculum, and experience working in the world of business.

This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Teach primarily undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Management, both face-to-face and online.
  • Advise students.
  • Perform scholarly activities consistent with rank.
  • Perform institutional and community service.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the Austin E. Cofrin School of Business.
  • Participate fully in AACSB accreditation efforts.

In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to display a demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and scholarship and a commitment to undergraduate and graduate education.  The candidate should also possess communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues.
