Tips and Tricks for Healthy Eating this Holiday Season

  1. Eat a snack before dinner. Enjoy some fruits and vegetables before getting to your meal to avoid overeating.
  2. Exercise early and keep moving! Working out early ensures that you will get some time for yourself and work off some calories before loading up!
  3. Manage beverage consumption- holiday beverages are laden with calories- be conscious of the non-food calories you are consuming.
