The Information and Computing Science department at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay seeks internal applicants for a lecturer position in Communication. The Information and Computing Sciences unit focuses on problems of information, how meaningful information is constructed from data, and how it may be stored, valued, processed, and communicated by both people and machines. Applicants who can demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and student development are strongly encouraged to apply.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Teach courses in the following topic areas:
- Public Address
- Communication Law
- Small Group Communication
- Advise students.
- Contribute to the ongoing programmatic development of the department.
