As of today (February 6, 2025), there are 32 working days remaining for supervisors to complete annual performance evaluations for University Staff, Non-Instructional Academic Staff, and Limited employees.  The deadline is March 21, 2025

    • Evaluation Period:  January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024
    • Deadline:  March 21, 2025
    • Required Form:  Performance Review Form

Resources and Training:

  • Eligibility for Pay Adjustments: In accordance with the Compensation & Pay Plan Policy, to be eligible for future pay adjustments, including base rate adjustments and Board of Regents approved pay plans, employees must have satisfactory performance documented on an up-to-date performance evaluation. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring all direct reports have completed evaluations.

Exemptions: Annual performance evaluations are not required for individuals who have had a 6-month evaluation on or after July 1, 2024, or for new employees hired since this date.
