Ryan started on September 17, 2012, as the Director of the Small Business Development Center. He was previously a self-employed consultant for Kauth and Associates for over fifteen years. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s Degree at UW-Green Bay and his MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management. He is on the UWGB Alumni Association Awards and Scholarships Committee. Ryan, his wife, and four kids live in Manitowoc.
Brent earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Sports Management at Davenport University and his Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Grand Valley State University. Brent started on September 11, 2012 as the Kress Events Center Events Coordinator. Prior to starting at UW-Green Bay, Brent was employed at Grand Valley State University.
Lauren earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at Michigan State University. She was previously employed at Michigan State University and is involved in her community as a Youth Soccer Coach. Lauren started as the Director of Athletics Special Events on September 17, 2012. She is from Macomb, MI.
Lissa started as a Counselor in the Health and Counseling Department on October 15, 2012. Prior to starting at UW Green Bay she worked at the Crisis Center ER for two years and was an EAP Counselor for five years. She has a Master’s in Student Affairs and College Counseling. Her hometown is De Pere. She is married and has a baby daughter.
Kaitlyn started her position on campus as a Police Officer on October 10, 2012.
John started on September 1, 2012 as the Associate Director of the Environmental Management and Business Institution (EMBI). Prior to starting at UWGB he was employed at Home Interiors, Inc. for 18 years. He is a supporter of Phoenix Women’s Basketball and is a UWGB Theatre “First Nighter.” John is married, has three sons, and lives in Green Bay.
Toby started as a Groundskeeper on September 17, 2012. Prior to starting at UWGB he was employed at Green Bay Nursery for three years. He is involved with his community 4-H and the Baylake ATV Club. Toby and his wife Jodi have three children and live in Luxemberg, WI.
Nath
an recently started as an Instructional Technologist. Nathan has an Associate’s degree from Lakeshore Technical College and a Bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison. He is from Two Rivers and has a wife and two children.

Jesse Retrum joined the HR staff on Monday, June 28. Jesse is the campus contact for Kronos and is responsible for the student payroll. He also assists with classified recruitments and answers I-9 Form questions. Jesse has a degree in Business Administration and previously served as an HR Coordinator for the past three years. Ingrid De Coste joined the HR staff on Tuesday, June 29. Ingrid assists with unclassified personnel activities such as recruitment, processing of criminal background checks, conducting new employee orientations and visa processing.
