The Student Success Coach position is designed to provide holistic and personalized support for UW-Green Bay’s diverse student population through proactive outreach, strategic advising, and intentional relationship-building. The Success Coach will serve as a consistent point of contact for a caseload of at-risk students, working to foster a sense of belonging, increase retention, and close opportunity gaps.
Key responsibilities include conducting intake assessments to identify individual strengths and needs, developing tailored holistic success plans, and maintaining regular communication throughout the semester. Coaches will provide support and personal guidance through timely resource referrals, facilitate skill-building workshops, and collaborate closely with faculty, advisors, and campus partners to ensure wraparound support, while tracking student progress and documenting interactions using Navigate, our student success platform. In addition, the Success Coach will assist the supervisor with coordination and training of student success peer mentor component of the program.
