This position reports to the Executive Officer of Continuing Education and Community Engagement and demonstrates leadership in the advancement of women in Northeast Wisconsin. Responsible for overseeing the outreach, operations, finances, and programs for the Institute. Will maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, advisory board members, business/individual members, and assist with fundraising efforts. Will contribute significantly to the development of working, female professionals at all levels of career development. Manages oversight by understanding industry demands and community needs and will be able to present and speak to the opportunities and challenges. Provides vision and guidance for program planning, implementation, and evaluation. Supervises staff for professional growth and effective project management. Monitors budget and appropriate funding for programming. Promotes stable and productive relationships between the university and community.
